If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please note that digital downloads are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our courses, Q&A’s, and resource sheets are digital and informational in nature and cannot be returned in a physical sense. They contain copyrighted information and whether or not you have accessed them, I have no way of assuring the information does not get transmitted to those who have not purchased a membership.

 

With that being said, we do provide a full money back guarantee to those who purchase our 6-month course membership and do not pass their ANCC or AANP FNP or ACGNP exam on the first attempt.

 

We require a mailed copy of your ANCC or AANP results mailed to us within 30 days of your exam date along with an email to nachole@renursingedu.com with the subject line of “Refund Request- First and Last name.” Please detail the exam taken, why you are requesting a refund, and your estimated date of mailing for your results. 

Please note, no refund requests made after the 30 day window after taking your board exam will be entertained. 

 

Other Terms and Conditions

 

In addition to the terms listed above, please consider:

  • Mailed results need to be postmarked, and subsequently received within 30 days of your exam date.

  • I will not accept just an email for a refund request, both an email AND the exam results need to be submitted for a refund.

  • You must have had an active membership with ReNursing Edu during the time of your exam to request a refund (e.g. if your 6-month access has expired before you took your exam, you will not be granted a refund).

  • Month-to-month course access plans are ineligible for refunds. 

  • Month-to-month course access plans can be cancelled at any time, but time left on the month will NOT be prorated (ex: You cancelled on the 15th, but your renewal is on the 30th; you will not be granted a partial refund for the rest of the month).
